Quick and Easy Chicken Saltimbocca

Chicken Saltimbocca with pan seared chicken thighs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 8 leaves sage
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • coarse ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil
  • Wrap chicken in prosciutto
  • Place sage on top of chicken
  • Heat pan on medium-high temp, place chicken with prosciutto and sage face down, add in garlic
  • Cool for roughly 15-20 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temperature is 165F
  • Serve over pasta or rice pilaf
