  • 3 lemons cut into quarter wedges

Mignonette

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp diced shallots
  • 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper

Cocktail Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp fresh horseradish
  • 1 lemomn juiced
  • Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste
