- 18 oysters
- 3 lemons cut into quarter wedges
Mignonette
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp diced shallots
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
Cocktail Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp fresh horseradish
- 1 lemomn juiced
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- Hot sauce to taste
