Ingredients
  

  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a non stick pan season egg with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat sunny side up
  • Toast bread, and spread with peanut butter and place sliced banana on bread, cover with honey and chia seeds
  • Season eggs and avocado with cayenne
