Get fit healthy breakfast
Quick and easy healthy breakfast, with peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, eggs, and avocado
Ingredients
- 1 jumbo egg
- 1/4 banana
- 2 strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- In a non stick pan season egg with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat sunny side up
- Toast bread, and spread with peanut butter and place sliced banana on bread, cover with honey and chia seeds
- Season eggs and avocado with cayenne
