Ingredients
  

Chicken Marsala

  • 1 chicken breast
  • flour for dredging
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder
  • coarse ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup slice cremini mushroom
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine Preferably marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • parsley to garnish

Pasta

  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Instructions
 

Chicken Marsala

  • Slice chicken breast in half and tenderize into thing pieces
  • Evenly season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then dredge in flour
  • Heat pan with grapeseed oil then lightly fry chicken until golden brown
  • Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown
  • Add white wine and allow time to boil down, then add stock and butter and simmer for 1 minute

Pasta

  • Mix flour, salt, and egg until dough is formed
  • Knead dough into ball and allow dough to sit in fridge for 15-30 minutes
  • Boil water and add pasta, pasta is finished after 1 minute or when it floats to the top
