Brussel Sprouts and Bacon
Brussel Sprouts and Bacon great with pork chops or BBQ
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel Sprout
- 1/2 lb Bacon Hickory Smoked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove base of brussels and cut in half, dice bacon
- Coat brussels in oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix in bacon
- Cook in oven for 45 minutes or until bacon is crisp
