Pasta al Limone

Pasta served in a creamy lemon sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 servings homemade spaghetti see recipe below:
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt, pepper, and parmigiana to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil water for pasta, salt once at a rolling boil cook pasta
  • Heat sauce pan over medium heat, and melt butter
  • Mince garlic and zest lemon, and place into sauce pan
  • Once garlic is golden brown add heavy cream, and juice the lemon into the sauce
  • Place cooked pasta in sauce for 15 – 20 seconds and toss
  • Season with salt, pepper, and parmigiana
