Pasta al Limone
Pasta served in a creamy lemon sauce
Ingredients
- 4 servings homemade spaghetti see recipe below:
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt, pepper, and parmigiana to taste
Instructions
- Boil water for pasta, salt once at a rolling boil cook pasta
- Heat sauce pan over medium heat, and melt butter
- Mince garlic and zest lemon, and place into sauce pan
- Once garlic is golden brown add heavy cream, and juice the lemon into the sauce
- Place cooked pasta in sauce for 15 – 20 seconds and toss
- Season with salt, pepper, and parmigiana
