Quick and Easy Chicken Saltimbocca
Chicken Saltimbocca with pan seared chicken thighs
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 8 leaves sage
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 4 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt
- coarse ground pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil
- Wrap chicken in prosciutto
- Place sage on top of chicken
- Heat pan on medium-high temp, place chicken with prosciutto and sage face down, add in garlic
- Cool for roughly 15-20 minutes until chicken is golden brown and internal temperature is 165F
- Serve over pasta or rice pilaf
